Testing being done for audible noise alone–residents’ symptoms indicate other problems
Two Ontario municipalities are supporting the call for the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change to do comprehensive testing for the full range of noise emissions from wind turbines.
Last night, Kincardine Council supported residents Norma and Ron Schmidt, who have been forced from their home because of adverse health effects from the noise and pressure produced by turbines near them, in sending a letter to the Ministry.
The situation echoes that of Port Elgin where hundreds of complaints have been filed with the Ministry about the turbine on the property owned by Unifor. The municipality of Saugeen Shores has repeatedly asked the Ministry to conduct the necessary investigations, to no avail.

Full moratorium on all wind projects immediately….. shut all projects down at once!!!! Enough is enough…. I hear the wind howling tonight!!! I never thought I would get so stressed when the winds blow.. I use to love hearing the wind whistling through the Pines…. now ……

Do it for our environment for dog sakes!!! Just do something…. we are being led to the slaughterhouse by the very people we employ to keep us safe and secure….

Testing at this point is kind of useless as the Green Energy Act bypasses many previous regulations and proven technologies that created laws introduced to protect us.
This Liberal government is criminal.
The MOE and MNR should both be disbanded and the workers fined and jailed for dirilection of duties. They took an oath to protect us and didn’t. The ground water contamination and pollution is forever. They knew what was going to happen and did nothing, just stood by, took their paychecks and watched. The rare earth elements being scratched out by child labour along the Ivory Coast can never be renewed.
These IWT’s are one of the many things that governments and NGO’s have forced onto mankind with no regards for the future. Ignorance is not a defence in a court of law, however, The Dalton gang and now the Wynne Liberals seem to have found a way to be immune from prosecution.
What will they come up with next?
