Good example of why the ‘minister of portfolio’ system is so bad. These folks are really just talking heads mouthing the words provided by politically selected staffers and consultants — not sure they know anything themselves. If this guy had been an engineer or other person with real world experience he might be able to judge the silliness of the lines he is being told to mouth. But no… alas.
